Le nomination agli Emmy Award 2020 sono finalmente arrivate. Parliamo ovviamente della settantaduesima edizione e di quel tanto ambito riconoscimento per quelle serie TV o film pensati appositamente per il piccolo schermo.
Assolutamente incredibile il risultato di Watchmen, la serie scritta da Damon Lindelof e ispirata al fumetto di Alan Moore, che si arraffa ben 26 nomination. Bene anche per The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Succession e I Know This Much Is True.
La cerimonia si svolgerà il prossimo 22 settembre e, di seguito, trovate una lista completa di tutti i candidati per ogni categoria degli Emmy. Qualche fan sarà destinato a restare un po’ deluso, però, soprattutto per noi che tanto amiamo il mondo dei videogiochi.
La serie TV di The Witcher, come potete notare, non è riuscita a entrare in neanche una categoria, restando completamente a bocca asciutta. Poco male per Netflix, comunque, che ancora primeggia nelle candidature totali; e poco male anche per lo show, che ha avuto un successo incredibile e già attende sia una Stagione 2 che una serie spin off prequel, Blood Origin.
