Nessuna sorpresa dalla 75esima edizione degli Emmy Awards. Sono stati tre i grandi vincitori della cerimonia inizialmente prevista per lo scorso settembre (slittata per via dello sciopero degli attori). Si tratta di The Bear (miglior serie comica), Beef o Lo Scontro (miglior miniserie) e Succession (miglior serie drammatica).
The Bear e Succession hanno portato a casa ben sei statuette dall’edizione 2024 degli Emmy Awards. Kieran Culkin e Sarah Snook sono stati premiati migliori attori in una serie drammatica, mentre tra i migliori interpreti comici troviamo Jeremy Allen White. Cinque le statuette per Beef con Ali Wong e Steven Yeun premiati come migliori attori e attrice in una miniserie. La grande delusa è senza dubbio Better Call Saul, considerata all’unanimità come una delle migliori serie TV di tutti tempi ma tornata a casa a mani vuote.
